VPN on Watchguard Fireboxes

Edit the user make sure that the virtual IP address is from a private block not used i.e. 192.168.xxx.xxx

Add service and under packet filter select any service and add it
on incoming tab select enable and alowed and under from click add and select ipsec_user

i.e.
on ingoing tab

on outgoing tab
